Pink brings Summer Carnival Tour to Aston Villa Stadium in Birmingham.

There's nothing subtle or quiet about this gig.  It's a big, bold, colourful explosion with Pink at the centre of it all. We get giant lips with bright red lipstick, inflatable flamingos, disco balls, silver palm trees, neon shapes, ice cream cones and playful 3D visuals reinforcing the tour’s cheeky “Summer Carnival” theme. 

Shooting position was far, far away (600mm lens a must) at one of the mixing desks, all of us crammed in a rather small area. It's not an easy job trying to catch her flying through the air and running around the stage, there's only seconds when she stays still but despite all the difficulties, it's impossible not to enjoy the spectacle unfolding and I feel sad when it's time to leave.
