Festival No.6 2015 was one of those rare events where location, music and atmosphere fused into something truly unique. Set in the surreal, Mediterraneaninspired village of Portmeirion on the Welsh coasta place built between the 1920s and 1970s to resemble an Italianate seaside townthe festival feels less like a gig and more like stepping into a living postcard. The pastel façades, arcaded walkways, estuary views and winding lanes provided a stunning, almost cinematic backdrop for four days of music and culture that felt completely unlike any other UK festival.

Against this enchanting landscape, music spilled out from every corner: from the main stage overlooking the estuary to intimate spots tucked into woodland clearings or historic town hall rooms. The 2015 line-up was a blend of headline stars and rising talentsBelle & Sebastian brought their rich catalogue to life on Saturday night with dreamy, melodic pop, while Grace Jones closed the festival in spectacular style with her commanding presence and genre-defying set on Sunday, complete with celebratory processions through the village ahead of her performance.
