When you spend as much time shooting gigs as I do, it would be quite easy to start getting bored or just a bit jaded and feeling like ‘I’ve seen it all’. Luckily I still feel just as excited about it all as I did when I first got involved with music photography. Saying that, there’s a small group of bands and artists that are special to me for various reasons and Twenty One Pilots is one of those bands. It’s been lovely to follow their journey from a tiny 250 capacity pub gig in Birmingham where I first saw them live to last night when they played at absolutely rammed Resorts World Arena in Birmingham in front of 15,000 fans.
Parkway Drive put on a cracking performance on their first night in the UK in Manchester last night.
Another year and another four wonderful days spent with my amazing Bloodstock family.
